Welcome to LIFE projects latest update on our past and upcoming projects from some of the country’s leading architects. We continue to push the boundaries by challenging the conventional, producing truly be-spoke living formed by light, space and leading edge design.

BAYSIDE BUILD AWARDS

On Wednesday evening, 17th October 2018, the prestigious Bayside Built Environment Awards were held to acknowledge and celebrate innovation, excellence and passion in the design of Bayside architecture.

We were honoured that Life Project’s recent project at 71 Abbott St Sandringham was awarded for its innovation and design in the Most Creative Development category. The “silhouette of sails” has also got Australia wide recognition through television and print and its beautiful form has had a marked impact on Melbourne’s stunning Bayside landscape.

LIFE BY MARTIN FRIEDRICH

Works continue on track at 6 Fernhill Rd Sandringham. Structure is now complete with a full team assembled including builders, engineers, architects and project managers all remaining heavily involved. Epitomising the enormous demand the project sold-out predominantly without any on-line advertising. Martin Friedrich, Jack Merlo, Life Projects & Liberty Builders all continue to work hard to create this amazing iconic vision to Bayside.

UPCOMING PROJECT - HAMPTON BAY 

Final touches continue on the basement design and landscaping at our upcoming release Hampton Bay by Life Project Group. Nested between Hampton Street and the beach in Hampton’s Golden Triangle, this timeless design will encompass some of the most spectacular apartments the area has seen.

The final design updates will be available shortly to our internal database before we go to public sales.

UPCOMING PROJECT - CANTERBURY TERRACES

Our beautifully designed homes overlooking one of Canterbury’s favourite parks is a step closer to fruition with the finalisation of the permit in October.

Exclusively situated over famed parkland, 6 individually designed homes will be offered encompassing rarely seen size, space and design. All featuring up to 4 bedrooms, theatre rooms, lock up garaging, ground level living, private lifts with direct parkland views from all levels above. Like many of our projects, these homes will create an unsurpassed benchmark for the area. Opportunities for purchasing these homes will become available shortly, once again with initial interest via registered subscribers to Life Projects.

BRIGHTON DISPLAY

As a reminder, in line with our latest project, Life Projects is now based at 147B Church St Brighton. The building fit-out is well underway which will incorporate the upcoming Hampton Bay project as well as celebrating past and future projects underway.
