Considering the current challenges we all face now, we're taking time to reflect on the locations of a couple of our projects.

We've mapped a 5km radius around these locations using a handy COVID map. If you're currently living in these areas, you can see where is safe to shop for essential supplies and places to exercise.

We are still progressing with our projects and will keep you updated. In the meantime, keep well and stay safe.

HAMPTON BAY - Grenville St, Hampton

Grenville Street is perfectly located with the shops at one end of the street and the beach at the other. There is Woolworths, cafes for take away coffee, chemists, health food supplies, butchers, seafood and the Hampton Fruit Market - all just a block away.

Head to the beach and walk, run or ride along the bike or beach paths. Or stroll along the beach and appreciate the beautiful surrounds.

CANTERBURY PARK - Vauxhall Rd, Balwyn

Vauxhall Road borders the suburbs of Balwyn and Canterbury. At the end of the street you'll find Woolworths and an abundance of food shops, take away restaurants, chemists and other essential supplies. In the other direction you'll discover Maling Road Village - a popular place for locals.

John August Reserve is part of a series of parks that follow an old creekbed leading to Canterbury Gardens. Surrounded by parklands and walking trails, it can sometimes feel like you're in the country!

Take a glimpse at part of the huge basement area being constructed at Canterbury Park. The footings for the private lifts are being poured and works are progressing well. 

We're excited to see these amazing homes start to take shape.
